Ingredients
Rice flour 3/4 cup
one Egg
coconut milk- 1 cup thick
sugar optional
salt
Water or thin coconut milk -1/4 cup
Preparation
Add all these ingredients in a mixie jar, grind it into fine batter, then pour it to a bowl through a strainer, then add more water if required, then keep aside for 15 minutes. Heat a pan or tawa, pour the batter, then round it, make thin dosas.
