Ingredients
white rice 2 cup
urad dal 2 tablespoon
sugar 1 tablespoon
yeast 1 teaspoon
water
salt
ghee /oil
Preparation
Soak rice and urad dal for 4 hrs, then grind it with cooked rice, yeast and sugar, then keep aside for raise the batter, after the batter raised add salt and mix it well, take greased small bowls, then pour the batter, and cook in a steamer for 5 minutes.
