Mushroom Masala Curry

Ingredients

green chilly-3

ginger and garlic

curry leaves

kashmiri chilly powder-1 tbsp

coriander powder-1 tbsp

turmeric-1/2 tsp

fennel powder-1/4 tsp

meat masala-1/2 tsp

garam masala-1/4 tsp

salt

oil

Preparation

Clean mushrooms firmly, then cut it into desired size. Heat coconut oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, pop it well, next add coconut pieces, roast it well, next add ginger and garlic, saute it for 2 minutes, then add green chilly, curry leaves, onion and salt, saute it well, now add masalas, mix until the raw smell gone, add tomato , cook it to become soft, add hot water, now add mushroom, mix it with masala, cook it for 10 more minutes.
