Preparation
In a claypot , add chopped bitter gourd, tamarind water and salt, mix it well, then cook it until the bitter gourd become soft, then add other chopped vegetables and masalas, cook it for 5 minutes, at that time grind coconut with fennel seeds and some water, and take coconut from this paste, add coconut milk to the curry, heat it well, now turn off flame. For seasoning, pop mustards in coconut oil , add curry leaves too, then add this to the curry.
