Preparation

Heat oil in a cooker, add spices, then add ginger and garlic, saute it well, next add other vegetables one bye one, next add turmeric,curry leaves , salt and water, then cover the cooker and cook it for 1 whistle. After that add masalas, then boil it well, next add coconut milk, then heat it well and turn off flame. For seasoning, pop mustards, then add dry red chilly, shallots and curry leaves, roast it well and add to curry.
