Ingredients
Chicken – 600 gms
Lime juice – 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Turmric Powder – 1 tsp
Salt
Bay leaves – 1 no
Cardamom – 3 nos
Cloves – 5 -6 nos
Cinnamon – 2 small pieces
Star anise – 1 small piece
Mace – a small piece
Onion sliced – 2 nos
Green chilli – 4 -5 nos
Tomato – 1 medium
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Pepper crushed – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Preparation
Take chicken in a bowl , add lemon juice, salt, turmeric and ginger garlic paste, marinate well, keep aside for 1 hour.Heat oil in a pan, add ghee, then add spices, once it roast well add onion, saute until it become golden brown add chicken pieces, mix well, next add tomato, saute it again, and cook it for 10 minutes, now add crushed pepper and garam masala powder, mix all together, now add boiling water, add chilly splitted, mint and coriander leaves, add salt, boil it well, now add soaked rice , cook it well.
