Ingredients

semolina-1/2 cup
amrutham podi-1/2 cup
milk-2 cup
sugar-1 cup
water-3/4 cup
ghee-2 tsp
salt-2 pinch
cardamom powder-1 tsp
desicated coconut
Preparation
Grind rava into fine powder, then add it to a bowl, add amrutham podi into it, then add milk, mix it well and keep aside for soaking. Melt sugar with water and keep aside. In a pan add amrutham mix, and turn on flame, stir it well, once it become thick, add sugar syrup, combine all well, add ghee, continue mixing, add salt and cardamom powder, once it become non sticky and thick turn off flame and let it cool, after that make finger shape small pieces, finally coat it with desicated coconut.
