pepper powder-2 tsp
fennel powder-1 tsp
salt
water

coconut oil

coconut milk second extract-1 cup
cashew paste-20 nos
thick coconut milk-1 cup
garam masala powder
shallots chopped
curry leaves
Preparation
Cook mutton with pepper powder, fennel powder, salt and required water in a pressure cooker, after that add potato and carrot to the mutton cook it again. Crush garlic,ginger, chilly and shallots in a mixie jar and keep aside. Heat a pan, add coconut oil, once it heat well add spices, roast it well, next add onion and salt , saute it well, next add crushed items, mix it well and cook until the raw smell gone, next add cooked mutton, mix with masala, add coconut second milk, boil it well, then add coconut thick milk and cashew paste, heat it well and turn off flame, finally add fried shallots and curry leaves with oil.
