For rice
fried onion
cashews, kismis fried
oil
spices
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp

jeera rice-2 cup
water-3 cup
salt
lemon juice
garam masala-1/4 tsp
coriander and mint leaves
milk,turmeric and pineapple essence
Preparation
For egg masala, heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, saute it well, then add onion and salt, saute until it become golden brown and soft, now add masalas, cook it to turn aromatic, add tomato, mix it with masala, now add some water boil it well, next add eggs, mix with masala, cook until the gravy become thick and turn off flame.
For rice, heat oil in biriyani pot, add spices, roast it well, then add ginger garlic and onion, saute it for a minute, then add soaked and washed rice, after heating it for a while add water, then add salt and lemon juice, cook the rice well. For dum the biriyani, add 1/2 of the rice to a pan, add fried onion,cashews and kismis, coriander and mint leaves, milk and essence mix above the rice, then add 1/2 of egg masala, then add second layer, repeat the same, finally keep it in low flame for 20 minutes.
