Poha appam

Ingredients

poha-1/2 cup

rice flour-2 cup

water-2 1/4 cup

dry yiest-1/2 tsp

salt-1/2 tsp

sugar-2 tbsp

Preparation

Wash poha for 2-3 times, then soak it for 15 minutes. In a bowl, add sugar, lukewarm water and yiest, keep aside for activate. Take mixie jar, grind poha into fine paste. Take another mixie jar, add rice flour, yiest mix, poha paste, salt and water, grind it into fine paste, then rest the batter for 1/2 hrs for fermentation, after that, cook small dosas in tawa.
