Shrimp curry

Ingredients

shrimp-300 gm

coconut oil

mustards-1 tsp

fenugreek-1 tsp

garlic-7

ginger

curry leaves-2-3 string

kashmiri chilly powder-2 1/4 tbsp

turmeric-1/2 tsp

water

salt

pot tamarind-2 pieces

fenugreek powder-1/4 tsp

Preparation

Heat a claypot , add coconut oil, then add mustard and fenugreek , allow it to splutter, then add ginger garlic and curry leaves, saute it until the raw smell go away, now add masalas, after a mix add water, then add salt and tamarind, boil it well, then add shrimp, cook it for 15-20 minutes, finally add fenugreek powder.
