Ingredients
semolina – 1 1/4 cup
water-2 1/2 cup
salt
coconut oil-1 tbsp
Preparation
Add semolina to a mixie jar, grind it into fine powder, then transfer it to a bowl, boil water with salt and coconut oil, then add semolina into it, mix it well, once it become thick turn off flame, allow it to cool, then knead it well, and fill the idiyappam press, and make idiyappam as usual.
