Ingredients
• Wheat flour – 1 cup
• Grated coconut – ½ cup
• Rice flakes – ½ cup
• Yeast – ½ teaspoon
• Salt
• Sugar
• Luke warm water
Preparation
Wash poha, then keep aside for 10 minutes, then add to a mixie jar, add another ingredients, grind it into fine paste, transfer the batter to a bowl, rest it for 20 minutes, after tha heat a tawa, pour the batter, once the holes come out, cover it for 10-15 seconds, then take it.
