Pearl spot fish fried curry

Ingredients

for marinate

Fish – 1/2 kg

Kashmiri chilli Powder – 1 tsp

Pepper Powder – 1 tsp

Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp

Salt as needed

Water

For curry

Curry leaves

Onion sliced – 1 medium

Green chilli – 5 -6 nos

Ginger chopped – 1 tbsp

Garlic crushed – 6 cloves

Coriander Powder – 4 tbsp

Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 tsp

Pepper Powder – 1 tsp

Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp

Thin coconut milk – 1 1/2 cup

Thick Coconut Milk – 3 /4 cup

Vinegar – 3- 4 tbsp

Salt as needed

Preparation

Marinate fish with above mentioned masala, after 15 minutes fry it in coconut oil. Heat a claypot, add coconut oil, then add curry leaves, ginger and garlic, saute it well, next add onion, add salt and saute it until it become soft, next add masala mix, saute until the raw smell gone, now add second coconut milk, combine all well, add salt and vinegar, boil it well, then add fish , cook it for 2 minutes, finally add thick coconut milk, and curry leaves.
