Breakfast appam

Ingredients

raw rice-2 cup

urad dal-2 tbsp

cooked rice-1/2 cup

yiest-1 tsp

salt

Preparation

Wash rice and urad dal for 2-3 times, then soak it for 4 hrs, now grind it with cooked rice, salt and yiest and make a loose batter, keep overnighr for fermentation, next morning steam it in small bowls.
