Egg Cutlet

Ingredients

 1) Bread Crumbs

2) Egg

3) Potato

4) Ginger & Garlic

5) Onion

6) Curryleaves

7) Green Chilli

8) Red Chilli Powder

9) Turmeric Powder

10) Chicken Masala

11) Salt

12) Oil

Preparation

Add egg to a bowl, beat it well then keep aside. Mash boiled potatoes and set aside. Heat a pan, add oil, heat it well add onion and salt, then saute it well, next add green chilly, ginger garlic crushed, next add masala powders, cook it in low flame, next add egg, scramble it well, next add curry leaves and coriander leaves, after mixing well add boiled and mashed potato, after a mix turn off flame, allow it to cool. Then make small cutlet, dip it in egg mix, then coat bread crumbs, finally fry it in hot oil.
