Preparation

Cut onion into thin slices, add salt and curry leaves, mix with your hand, next add ginger and garlic, mix again, now add green chilly, chilly powder ,turmeric, garam masala, fennel, hing powder, rice flour. and gram flour, mix all well, add oil , knead it to make soft. Heat oil for deep frying, then put it small quantity to the oil, fry well.
