Ingredients
shark fish
turmeric
coriander
kashmiri chilly powder-2 tsp
tomato-2
pot tamarind-2
ginger and chilly crushed
salt
curry leaves
coconut milk of 1 coconut
coconut oil
onion chopped
Preparation
Add fish, masalas, tomato, curry leaves, tamarind and salt, marinate fish well then keep aside for 1/2 hrs, then add coconut milk, cook it until it become thick, finally add fried onion and curry leaves with coconut oil.
