Grate gooseberry into small pieces, then add to a pan, cook it well without water, then add melted jaggerry, cook again for 10 more minutes then add spices, cook it until the gooseberry absorbs entire jaggerry juice, then turn off flame, after cooling it well store it in air tight container.
