Preparation

Soak rice over night, then wash it well, then strain out from water, then keep aside for 1/2 hrs, tgrind it in a mixie jar and make coarse powder, add salt while grinding, add cumin seeds, mix all well, take putt mould, add coconut, then fill the dust, and steam cook it well.
