Ingredients
rose apple( chambakka)-1 large bowl
sugar-2 tbsp
maida-1/2 cup
baking powder-1/2 tsp
baking soda-1/4 tsp
eggs-2
sugar-1/2 cup
vanilla essance-1/2 tsp
oil-2 tbsp
red food color
for jam
chambakka-1 cup
sugar-1/2 cup
salt-1 pinch
for sugar syrup
chambakka-1 cup
sugar-3/4 cup
water-3/4 cup
For icing
whipping cream
white chocolete compound
chocolete ganache with red food color
Preparation
For cake base, Take chambakka juice, boil it with sugar and keep aside. Mix dry ingredients, sieve it 2 times. Beat eggs with sugar and essance, then add rose apple juice, then add dry ingredients and oil, mix well, after transfering to a cake tin bake it well.
Prepare chambakka jam and chambakka sugar syrup separately.
After the cake cooked, cut it into 3 layers, In a cake top spread whipping cream, add first layer , wet it with sugar syrup, then add whipping cream, next add jam,and chocolete compound, level it , then add second layer, repeat the same step, finally cover the cake with cream, then keep in fridge for 1 day, nect day pour chocolete ganache above the cake, put some design, then cut it.
