oil
mustard
dry red chilly-2
onion-2
ginger garlic crushed
tomato-2
salt
chilly powder-2 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
turmeric-1 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
bitter gourd-2
water-1 1/2 cup
coconut-1/2 cup
curd-3 tbsp
curry leaves
sugar-1 tsp
Preparation
Heat a clay pot, add oil, allow it to heat, then mustard seeds, once it pop well add dry red chilly, roast it for 1 minute, then add onion, ginger garlic, and tomato, saute it well, add salt, next add masalas, mix all well, then add bitter gourd, mix with masala, add water and cook it for 5 minutes, next add coconut paste, combine all , once it boil add curd, mix it with curry, finally add curry leaves and sugar.
