Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp

For gravy

Oil-2 tbsp

Coriander Powder-1 tbsp

Cumin Powder-1/2 tsp

Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp

Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

jeera powder-1/2 tsp

green Chilli chopped (optional)-1

Preparation

Put deep marks in boiled eggs, then marinate it with turmeric, chilly powder and salt, then shallow fry it in a pan, then transfer it to a plate. Add more oil, next add onion and tomato, saute it well, then transfer it to a mixie jar, grind it to fine paste. Heat a pan, add oil, then add ginger garlic paste, roast it well, next add onion paste, mix it well, next add masalas, mix it well, next add curd, mix all well, next add egg, add coriander leaves, combine all well.
