milk powder-2 tbsp
cardamom-5-6
milk-1 cup
sugar-1 cup
water-2 cup
oil for frying
Preparation
Remove the sides of bread, then crush it with your hand, add milk gradually, then mix well, then add milk powder, after combine it well keep aside. After some times, make the dough into small equal balls, then fry it in hot oil.
Melt sugar with water and cardamom, once it become perfect consistency, dip all jamun balls in this sugar syrup.
