Ingredients
for roasting coconut
coconut- 1 1/2 cup
shallots-5-6
garlic-2
curry leaves
turmeric-1/4 tsp
coriander powder-2 tbsp
chilly powder- 1 1/2 tbsp
fennel powder-1/4 tsp

oil
onion-1
curry leaves
water
egg-4
salt
Preparation
For roasting coconut heat a pan, add coconut, shallot. curry leaves and garlic, roast it to turn aromatic, then add masalas, mix until the raw smell gone, then cool it and grind with required water and make fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, and curry leaves, saute it well, then add water and salt, after boiling it break eggs to the pan, after a few seconds mix it well, then add the coconut paste, mix it well, cook it for 2-3 minutes.
