Ingredients
Milk – 500 ml
Paneer grated- 400 grams, grated fine
Condensed milk – 300 grams
Cardamom powder – optional
Ghee – 1 and 1/2 teaspoon , optional
Flakes of pistachios, almonds, cashewnuts
Preparation
Boil milk in a pan, add milkmaid, stir it well , next add grated paneer, stir continously, once it starts boiling, turn the flame to medium, cook until it become thick, add cardamom and ghee, mix well, once it become thick transfer it to a container, add some nuts above it, then allow it to cool, after that keep in fridge for 4 hrs, then cut it.
