Preparation
Boil water with salt, then add rice flour, mix well, then turn off flame, once the heat is gone knead it well with hand and make a perfect idiyappam dough, then fill the dough in idiyappam press, press it to a plate, while pressing dust the noodles come out to the plate, once the process complete, take a putt maker add coconut, then the idiyappam noodles, then steam cook this.
