Ingredients
green chilly-2-3
ginger
curry leaves
carrot-1
onion-1
ghee
coconut-1/4 cup
mustards-1 tsp
coconut oil
semolina-2 cup
urad dal
water-2 1/2 cup
Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan, add semolina, roast it well, then transfer it to a plate. Add coconut oil to the pan, heat it well, then add mustards and urad dal, pop it well, next add green chilly, and ginger saute it well, next add carrot, saute it well, next add onion, mix well and cook for 2 minutes, next add curry leaves, add water, add required salt, once the water boil add semolina and coconut, mix well, cook it until it become perfect consistency.
