coconut milk added fish fry

Ingredients

for marination

kashmiri chilly powder-1 1/2 tsp

coriander powder-1/2 tsp

pepper powder

kasoori methi-1 tsp

salt

curry leaves

vinegar-1 tbsp

Fish

oil for frying

coconut milk-1/2 cup

Preparation

Take a bowl, add masalas for marination, mix well and make a thick paste, marinate fish with this masala, keep aside for 1/2 hrs. Then fry the fish in coconut oil, after that take a banana leaf, put it in the pan, add pepper and chilly, then place the fish, add more pepper and pour coconut oil, fold the leaf, fry it until the coconut milk completely dissolves.
