Ingredients
For marination

Button mushroom – 400 gm
Kashmiri chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as needed
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
For preparation

Onion – 3
Tomato – 1
Crushed ginger – 3/4 tbsp
Crushed garlic – 1 tbsp
Green chilly – 2
Coconut pieces – 1/3 cup
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Salt – as needed
Coconut oil – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 5 sprigs
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
Clean mushrooms, then cut it into small pieces,next marinate it with the masalas in the list, keep it aside for 15 minutes. Heat a pan , add coconut oil, then add coconut pieces, roast it well, next add garlic and ginger chopped, next add onion, saute it well, add green chilly and curry leaves, saute until it turns golden color, after that add masalas, mix until the raw smell go away, add tomato, cook it well, then add mushroom, combine all well, cover the lid and cook it well.
