Ingredients

Rava/semolina- 2 cups
Jaggery – 400 gms
Ghee – 2 1/2 Tbsp
Water – 3 Cups + 1 Cup
Coconut Milk – 1 Cup
Corn Flour – 3 Tbsp + ( 2 Tbsp Water )
Black or White Sesame Seeds
Cashew Nuts & Badam
Cardamom Powder
Preparation
Mix rava with water, soak it for 2 hrs. After that, mix it with your hand then take starch, rest the starch for 1/2 hrs, then remove water from it. Melt jaggerry, sieve it to a pan, add rava mix, combine it well, now turn on flame, stir continously, add corn flour and water mix, stir well, once it become hot add coconut milk, stir it again, next add ghee, cook it again, add more ghee, stir until it become thick and non sticky, add nuts, cardamom powder , mix well then transfer it to a container, level it with a spoon, then allow it to cool.
