Preparation
Grind coconut with ginger, chilly, salt , chana dal and enough water, and make a thick paste, heat a pan, add coconut oil, after heating well, add urad dal and mustard seeds, pop it well, then add dry red chilly and curry leaves, roast it then pour it to chutney, mix well.
