Preparation

Marinate boiled egg with turmeric, chilly powder, and salt , then shallow fry it and keep aside. Heat a pan, add coconut oil, then add mustards, pop it well, next add dry red chilly and curry leaves, fry it well, next add onion and salt, saute it well, next add ginger and garli chopped and saute it for 2 minutes, next add masalas, saute until it become aromatic, then add tomato and chilly, cook it well. Grind coconut with kaskas and fennel seeds, and add to curry, saute it well, next add boiling water and salt, once it boil well add eggs, add curry leaves too.
