Egg Fried rice

Ingredients-

Basmati Rice – 1 Cup ( 240 Ml)

Water – 3-4 Cups (240 Ml)

Oil – 1 Tbsp

Cook the rice and drain… keep it aside .. should not be over cooked

OTHER INGREDIENTS-

GARLIC – 3 CLOVES

GINGER – 1 SMALL PIECE
( Crush both garlic and ginger)

Big Onion – 1 Small chopped

Green chilly – 1-2 Chopped

Carrot – 2 Small chopped

Beans – 5-6 Nos chopped

Cabbage – 1/4 Cup chopped

Capsicum – 1/4 Cup

Spring Onion – 3-4 Tbsp chopped

Eggs – 3-4 Nos

Pepper Powder – 3/4 TSP + 1/2 TSP

Salt

SOYA SAUCE – 3 Tbsp

Oyster Sauce – 3/4- 1 Tbsp

Vinegar – 1 Tbsp

Preparation

Break egg to a bowl, add salt and pepper, mix well, then scramble it in a pan then keep aside. Heat oil in the same pan, add ginger and garlic, after roasting it well add onion and chilly, just mix it, then add chopped veggies, next add sauces, just mix it then add cooked rice, mix all well, finally add egg and spring onion.
