Vattayappam

Ingredients

* Rice flour -1 cup

* Grated Coconut -1/2Cup

* Salt -1/4 tsp

* Sugar – 6-8 tbsp

* Fermented Coconut water-3/4 Cup

* Boiled Rice – 3 tbsp

* Water – 4 tbsp

Preparation

Grind coconut, cooked rice and water and make a fine paste. Add rice flour to a bowl, add salt, and sugar, mix all well, next add coconut mix, next add coconut water, after mixing well, transfer it to a mixie jar, blend it well, then rest the batter for 3-4 hrs. Take a plate, grease it with coconut oil, pour the batter, then steam cook it.
