Ingredients
Chicken cooked and crushed
boiled potato-3
oil
onion-2
green chilly-3
curry leaves
ginger, garlic paste
garam masala-1 tsp
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
eggs-2-3
bread crumbs
oil for frying
Preparation
Heat a pan, add oil, heat it well, then add onion, chilly curry leaves and ginger garlic paste, saute it well, add salt and masalas, mix until it turn aromatic, then add mashed potato and crushed chicken, combine all well and turn off flame, allow it to cool. After that, make cutlets, dip it in egg mix and coat bread crumbs, after doing this fry it in hot oil.
