Ingredients
rice flour-250 gm
gram flour-50 gm
ghee-1 1/2 tsp
salt
water
cumin-1 tsp
oil for frying
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, knead it by adding water and make a soft dough, take idiyappam maker with star mould, fill the dough, then press into hot oil, fry it well.
