Potato, tomato curry

Ingredients:

5 boiled potatoes

4 medium size sliced tomatoes

1 large onion, chopped

1 tbs of ginger and garlic paste

4 tbs of mustard oil

2 bay leaves

1 tsp of cumin seeds

1 black cardamom

3 green cardamom

1 inch cinamon stick

1 mace / javitri

3 green chillies, chopped

3/4 tsp of turmeric powder

1 tsp of coriander powder

1/2 tsp of cumin powder

1 tsp of kashmiri chilli powder

1/3 tsp of garam masala

1 tbs of kasuri methi /dry fenugreek leaves

salt to taste

2 serving spoons of chopped coriander leaves

Preparation

Heat a pan, add oil, heat it well, next add spices, then add onion, saute it well, next add ginger garlic and chilly chopped, mix all and saute it well, then add tomato with masalas, after mixing well add water, boil it well, then add boiled and mashed potatoes, mix it and add coriander leaves, boil it again.
