Ingredients
Onion – 4 big
Ginger (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
Green chillies – 4
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Maida – 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
Besan (gram flour) – 3 tbsp
Curry leaves
Salt – 1 tsp
Preparation
Take sliced onion in a bowl, add salt,ginger, chilly, curry leaves, and chilly powder then knead it well with your hand,after that rest this mix for 10 minutes, next add gram flour, and maida, mix all well, then make ullivada, fry this in hot oil.
