Ivy gourd masala curry

Ingredients

ivy gourd-1/4 kg

coconut-1/2 cup

pepper-1 tsp

oil

salt

turmeric

mustards-1 tsp

onion-1

turmeric-1/4 tsp

coriander powder-1 tsp

chilly powder-1 tsp

tomato-1

Preparation

Heat a pan, add coconut oil, then add ivy gourd, saute it well by adding salt and turmeric, then transfer it to a plate, add more oil to the pan, pop mustards, then add onion, saute it well, next add masala, mix well, add ivy gourd, combine all, grind coconut with pepper , add to curry, add required water, mix well and boil it for 10 minutes.
