Preparation
Take a mixie jar, add ingredients for grinding, then grind it into fine paste, after that, add this masala to beef, marinate it well, then keep in fridge for 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan, add shallot, onion, chilly and curry leaves, saute it well, next add beef, mix well, add water and salt, cook it until it become soft and thick.
