Flower prawn putt

Ingredients

rice flour- 1cup

salt

coconut-4 tsp

curry leaves

shallots-2

garlic–1

fennel -1 tsp

prawns

onion-3

tomato-1/2

green chilly-2

coriander leaves

garlic

salt

turmeric

fennel powder

chilly powder

coconut oil

soaked basmati rice

Preparation

Take rice flour in a bowl, add salt, then grind coconut with garlic, shallots. curry leaves, and fennel, then add to rice flour, mix all well, pour hot water, mix with a spoon and keep aside for 5 minutes. For filling, add prawns, onion, tomato, garlic, chilly, coriander leaves, fennel powder and turmeric to a pan, mix well, then saute it for 10 minutes. Take the rice flour mix, knead it well, then take small portion, flattern it in your palm, add the filling then cover it and make ball shape, finally coat it with soaked basmati rice, after that, steam cook it.
