Ingredients
poha-1 cup
banana-1
jaggerry-200 gm
thick coconut milk-3/4 cup
cardamom-1/2 tsp
ghee-2 tsp
cashews, badam crushed
water-1 1/2 cup
white sesame -1/2 tsp
Preparation
Grind poha into fine powder, cut banana into small pieces, then grind it with coconut milk and mix it with poha powder, add water, mix all well.Transfer this mix to a pan, turn on flame, stir it well, add ghee,heat it well, next add jaggerry juice, continue stirring, once it become thick add cardamom,ghee, cashew and badam, mix well, once it become thick and non sticky transfer it to a greased halwa tin, level it with a spoon then allow it to cool.
