Ingredients
cooked rice-1 cup
water-3/4 cup
besan flour-1/2 cup
curd-1/2 cup
semolina-1 cup
salt
baking soda-1/4 tsp
coconut oil
mustards
curry leaves
chilly powder
cumin-1/2 tsp
chat masala
for chutney
coriander leaves
mint leaves
garlic
ginger
green chilly
peanut/chana dal
salt
Preparation
Grind cooked rice with water, then transfer it to a bowl, add gram flour, semolina and curd into it, mix all well, add required water and make a thick batter, rest this for 10 minutes.Add salt and baking soda, mix it well.Then steam cook this batter in a cake tin, after that cut it into small square shape. Heat a pan, add coconut oil, after heat it well add mustards, pop it well, next add chilly powder, chat masala, curry leaves and cumin, mix well, add the pieces to it, mix with masala. For chutney, grind all ingredients in a mixie jar.
