Ingredients
full chicken-1 kg
turmeric
salt
water
for marination
chilly powder-2 tbsp
turmeric-1/2 tbsp
garam masala -1/2 tbsp
chicken fry masala-2 tbsp
pepper powder-1/2 tbsp
lemon-2 tbsp
coriander leaves
corn flour-2 tbsp
salt
garlic, ginger paste
egg masala for filling
Preparation
Boil chicken with salt, turmeric and water in a pressure cooker. For marination, mix all masalas together, make a thick paste, marinate chicken with this masala, fill the chicken with egg masala, then seal it well, now fry it in pan, fry it all sides well.
