Ingredients
Green Peas 100gm
turmeric 1/2 tsp
Onion 2
ginger 1 ”
Garlic 4 cloves
green chilli 4
carrot 1 small
potato 1 Small
coconut 1 cup
fennel seeds 1 tsp
coconut oil 2 tbsp
coriander powder 1 tbsp
Boiled water 1 cup
Curryleaves
Salt
Preparation
Soak greenpeas overnight, wash it well then transfer it to a cooker, add salt , turmeric and water, cover the lid, cook it well. Grind coconut with fennel seeds. Heat a pan, add oil, then add onion, curry leaves, ginger, and gatlic, saute it until it become brown color, next add masalas, mix it for 1 minutes, add chilly , carrot and potato, mix all well, add water, and cook it well, next add cooked greenpeas and coconut paste, add water, combine well, boil it for 10 minutes.
