Squid roast

Ingredients

squid fish cleaned-1/2 kg

onion-2

curry leaves

chilly

oil

fennel

ginger

garlic

tomato-1

turmeric-1/4 tsp

coriander powder-1/2 tsp

chilly powder-1 tbsp

garam masala-

pot tamarind-1 pc

Preparation

Heat a pan, add coconut oil, heat it well, add ginger and garlic, roast until it turn aromatic, next add onion and chilly, saute it well, next add tomato and curry leaves, cook until tomato become mushy, now add masala, add fish after the raw smell gone, mix all, then cook it well, add pot tamarind into it, cook it for 5 more minutes, finally add garam masala and pepper powder, mix well.
