Fish curry without fish

Ingredients

onion-1

tomato-2

shallots-4

curry leaves

chilly-4

coconut-1/2 cup

pot tamarind-1 piece

ginger

chilly powder-1/2 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

coconut oil

chilly powder

turmeric-1/4 tsp

water

Preparation

Add chopped vegetables to a clay pot, add coconut oil, mix with your hand, add water, turmeric, chilly powder and tamarind, cook it well. Grind coconut with chilly powder , turmeric and water, add to cooked curry, then boil it well. Finally , fry shallots and red chilly in coconut oil, then add to curry.
