urad dal-3/4 tbsp

fenugreek-3/4 tbsp

chilly powder-1 tbsp

salt

gingelly oil-125 ml

mustards-1 tsp

dry red chilly-2

hing powder-1/2 tsp

Preparation

Wash gooseberry , then cut into small pieces, remove seed, then cook it in a pan by adding water and salt, after cooking well, strain out from water. Heat a pan, add mustards,fenugreek, urad dal, hing and gram dal, after heating it well, grind it to fine powder. In the same pan, add oil, once it heats well add mustards, pop it well, next add dry red chilly and chilly powder, next add cooked gooseberry , salt and cooked water, boil it well, then add masaala powder, mix well, then turn off flame.
