Tapioca kheer

Ingredients

1.first extract of coconut milk :1.1/2cup

2. second extract of coconut milk :1.3/4cup

3. jaggerry:350gm

4. tapioca :400gm

5.SALT as needed

6.Ginger powder:1/2tspn

7.cardmom powder :1tspn

8.ghee 2.1/2tspn

9.cashew&Raisins

Preparation

Grate tapioca, then squeeze it well and remove the milk, then transfer to a vessel, add water and cook it well. Melt jaggerry in another pan. Heat ghee in a pan, roast cashew and kismis, and keep aside, then add cooked tapioca to it, add melted jaggerry, boil it well, next add second coconut milk, add ginger powder and cardamom powder, finally add thick coconut milk, just heat it and turn off flame, add cashew and kismis, and a pinch of salt and ghee, mix all well.
